It's ApertA. With an A.

Cars in Italian are feminine. Rightly so.

Gutted as a previous customer and owner of 2 Ferrari's they wouldn't take a deposit off me.
That car is just awesome and its going to be near on impossible to pick one up 2nd hand IMHO.
Would be top of my list if available

I don't see anything wrong with someone pointing out the correct spelling. The error is like someone calling a ship "he".

What a knob. Opening the roof in the pissing rain and presumably damaging the interior of a 1/499 limited production run. What an utter cock.

Why impossible? `They also made 499 16Ms. Quite readily available over the past few years

Last of the V8's and an awesome car that will only go up in value so you would be mad to sell it unless you had to.
Definitely one to keep in the collection IMHO

Don't give up just yet, I was also told they couldn't take my order but that they would possibly be able to do something when deliveries started.

I get the impression they're being offered to 'preferred' customers first but it's unlikely all of these offers will be taken up.

Did you have a letter of interest in a few years ago for the Speciale A? Not many RHD cars coming and my dealer only getting 1 car and that is going to VIP customer with lots of Ferrari's in his garage.

If it makes you feel better I couldn't get one either.

Just about ready to give up on Ferrari to be honest. Many more choices for my money. Good luck to them.

THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you call the factory and shout at them?
I would of gone mental about that.

One things for sure and that is that there will be people receiving these cars who are much less deserving than you (based on your current garage)

It just doesnt make sense furious

Not quite 2 years ago and apparently I was at least 5/6th in the queue with no real prospect from day 1

Alright then, my guy was obviously just trying to let me down gently telling me to wait and see once deliveries started... ah well.
That one slipped through my 'cynical fker filter' which is rare.

One car per dealership?!?! fk me gently, that seems a bit ridiculous.

There are 10-12 official dealers I think and only ~12 UK cars out of 499 sounds awfully low. There must be plenty of people who have bought plenty of new cars queuing up for an allocation though so even at 3 cars per dealer unless you're one of those regular new car buyers, getting an allocation was always going to be tricky I guess.
