360 Speaker Upgrade

Hi,

Pretty sure there are posts on this however can't find them.

Has anyone upgraded the speakers on a 360, if so what make did you go for and what was involved in getting them changed over?
Will new speakers drop right in or will some work and retro-fitting need to be done?
