F355 some advice pls

I'm very likely going to be picking up a LHD 355 Black GTS and import it to the UK soon.

I have 2 concerns:
1: it has a Fuchs exhaust system on it - how does this sound (anything like the tubi?) and would this hurt resale values? (also presume an oem exhaust cant be bought any more)

and 2: someone told me to convert it to be acceptable in the UK you need to change lights (1k each?) and change the speedo to read mph's (presume a sticker here could do the job?)

Is there anything else im missing here?

There's loads of standard exhausts on EBay etc if you feel the need to change it

355 lights can be adjusted left/right
