Tried to mail you but the PH portal seems to be playing up. In short their website provide quite a good guide on pricing and I am sure they would be happy to discuss options and provide you with a quote.

Well yes, but on collection I then proceeded to drive 150 miles around the north York moors and the next day up to Kielder- lots of bugs and dust but boy was I a happy man.
