Hi all,

Anyone got news on ordering the above from uk dealer? All sold or are dealers taking orders? Also release date?

Produced middle of next year, can only order if you're a 'selected' customer due to low production numbers, dealers can take orders/deposits now I believe.

Thanks, that is a pickle, imagine being turned down to buy a car! I know the whole system of where you need to have a history with Ferrari which makes sense etc etc.... But the end point that you are rejected in spending your Million Pounds is odd, to say the least.

I think buyers of Ferrari's have seen the fact that the CS, the Scuderia and the 16M have all increase or settle in value that a lot more people willing to buy it even with an existing 458 or speciale.

As well as thinking the car is great, I am also more open to considering it, as I think the n/a engines will be the last of the Mohicans (great film!) at it will be an excellent car long term, I don't sell my cars, so not so keen on residual, more about long term desirability.

Anyone can advise if the dealers will just laugh me out the showroom if I was interested in one.
Or more likely to wait for a speculate to sell it with their 10/15% premium?

Drove the Speciale, which was epic, and maybe I should have said I "expect it" to be great. But I think its safe to say that it will be an epic car. a car that anyone would want to have.

My statement was inaccurate - those who have already been accepted or were turned down for a LaF get first dibs. I have a Scud and a brand new Cali and have had many Ferraris consistently over the last 10 Years - I do not qualify for an SS with either of the two dealers I have bought my cars through

Wow, seems like the SS is really for the very few customers, until we start seeing large premiums attached.

First car will be December build, delivery Jan 2015.
