After 15 months of ownership and 8k miles I've sadly parted with my 458 and px'd in a deal for something different.
I thought I'd comment because I got a reasonable deal on the car regardless of those that would tell you the bottom has fallen out of the 458 market and they'll be worth a bag of washers in six months.
The other thing I would say is what a joy owning this car has been, apart from one service it's never been back to the dealers and it's never as much missed a single beat.
If anyone out there is thinking of buying one my advice would be go and do it, you really won't regret it!

15 months is a long time for you to keep a car, wish I could keep up with you! Lol.... Still have your old 360 and going great.... But you really have done it now... I just love your new purchase. I'm sure you said that you would take me for a spin when I brought the 360! Remember?

Have to say from all the cars you've owned to date, the 458 has been the most impressive. Be interesting to see how the Lambo compares. Just hope you can reach the doors to shut them

Yes if I didn't have a car habit I'd be a wealthy man. Good to hear the cars going well, I bet you've not lost a penny on that wish I could do the same.

360 was a good purchase and values seem pretty steady :-).... I still think you have just purchased one of the best looking cars around and a brilliant colour, my opinion of course!
I'm doing Beaulieu this weekend so it would be great to say hello, would give you chance to get to know the beast on the way down. Let me know if you want a contact for the event, I thought I heard that there where a few spaces left and you might even get an invite to do the runs up the straight.
