Probably going to get kicked off this forum for posting the above, but all you Ferrari V8 owners and women and men of taste, as a F430 owner I am thinking of changing my daily commuter car.

Which would you go for out of the above: BMW 530d/Audi A7 3.0 TDi/Porsche Panamera 3.0D?

Or stick with my sensible A3 2.0TDi with lovely £20 road tax and 55+mpg?

Sorry in advance for the post!

Look at the residuals on the Panamera...

However, the 250 ish BHP is a bit ... meh....

Our Macan has the same (similar) motor and its ok but I think a 530d would be way more fun to drive.

i'd prefer a Cayenne D
go for the new alpina d3 if possible, best of the bunch

Just selling my A7 3.0TDi quattro and have to say it is the best real world car I have owned. Did 36K miles in 2.5 years and was just superb. Panamera owning friend agress it is the better car in reality.

Thanks guys, was expecting more of a 'get off this forum you moron' but as always, piston-headers have proved to be balanced, level headed, oracles of information.

Thank you as always, David

I really wanted to like this. It ticked the different box but not a lot else. The Germans have a few years on them making this class/type of car (and I am a big Maserati fan)
