Looking at buying an F430 Spider, anyone know it..?

I have been offered an F430 from a local dealer, I have been looking for a black one for a while but this is here so I'm looking into it. He said he took it in part exchange but isn't shedding much more light on it - I just wondered if any of you guys know the car before I sink a load of money into it. The original reg is RX07 BXY but most recently it has had ADA71A and before that R9GEX, 491EBC and M1PNW. It is a four owner car with 35,600 miles and was last serviced 01/14 apparently.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its currently at BCA car auctions for sale on the 11/8?
