Would you go for

Pirelli - not available at the moment....

Michelin supersport - look funny on my RS, square shoulders

Bridgestone - ???

What would you go for?

Hi I never got round to trying them but the Toyo T1R looked a nice tyre with good reviews.
We all used to use the Toyo R888 as a track tyre on the GT3's very good and half the price of the Michelin pilot sport cups.
Not sure on sizes etc.

This is for a F355, not RS. Sorry if that was confusing. It's just I had PSS on my RS and didn't like how they looked, it shouldn't be important but it is. Looks great on Cups.

No I understood for the 355, I am as mad as you in that some tyres are too square and don't look right.
To me the T1R I think it was is a lovely looking tyre and if the 888 is any guide half the price.

Looks like rears could be a problem in exact size

I put a new set of Pirelli's on mine 2 weeks ago, ring JMH Automotive in Holmes Chapel, they obviously have a Pirelli source

I replaced the Pirellis on my F355 with Michelin Pilot Supersports - much better tyre IMHO.

Seriously thanks for taking the time to do that.

You're welcome - it's what forums are all about! BTW, to save you a bit of experimenting, after much trialling I'm running 34psi front and 36psi rear which seems to be a good set up for these tyres on 'standard' sizes for the 355 (225/40/18 92Y front and 265/40/18 101Y rear).

I thought forums were for arguing with strangers and developing keyboard rage! Seriously though, thanks. Will keep you posted.

Michelin PSS here too and absolutely no complaints. Much better than the P Zeros that were on it before.

Running the Michelin PSS here on the 911 GT3 and fully intended to stick them on the 355 next time it needs tyres so good to hear they're being rated.
