ferrari 355-- oil change steps/manual

please could one of you give me a step by step guide as to how to do an oil and filter change on a 355 (and also how to gain access to the relevant drain plugs etc) OR refer me to an appropriate manual

are there any seals needed to attach the oil cartridge to its housing?
