Anyone used the main european guys on line, who cater for Ferrari, Lambo & Maserati? I know we are not allowed to company bash therefore have left the name out...

Their communication has been nothing short of dreadful. They never answer questions sufficiently or in good time.

Also, I have ordered five F430 washers from them, totaling a measly £8 and paid almost £9 to have them shipped next day before 10:30 (I ordered first thing). Instead I'm told this morning, after chasing them via email, that they will not be dispatched until the third day.. Fine I thought, other than they are refusing to refund the shipping cost?!

For a company dealing with such prestigage makes I'm pretty staggered by their customer service. Or lack of.

I will never, ever use that company again. I buy all my OEM parts from Steve Holdsworth @ Joe Macari - he is an absolute legend and nothing is too much trouble. It also helps that they get a delivery from the factory every working day.

The other day I urgently needed a couple of gaskets and clamps - total order was only £15 but it was dispatched the next working day (I ordered over the weekend).

Well I have quickly joined you in that camp as I genuinely cant describe how terrible they have been. It's only a shipping cost however I'm contacting my credit card company to dispute it, it's annoyed me that much.

I've emailed the one you mention a few times in the past and had no reply.

The other company who mainly specialise in Ferrari are really super, however!

Never had a problem with either of the companies referred to.
I've simply completed my order online and the parts turn up.

Have you only contacted them via email to query the delivery charge or have you actually spoken to anyone?
