Fitting 355 wheel bolt inserts

The wheel bolt inserts on my car have cracked. Does anyone know how easy fitting replacements is? Hill Engineering supply but I want to ensure the fitting is right (I'm new to this having bought the car last summer).

They are simple to fit, just Knock the old inserts out from the back of the wheel.

I understand there are two sizes so need to check your old ones. 22mm on early cars and 23mm on later cars according to Hill engineerings website
