Why are 328 GTB so coveted compared to the GTS? Is the GTS a wobbly drive? I'm quite keen on getting one of these but would prefer a coupe. Quite thin on the ground even decent GTS models

mainly aesthetic - the curve of the B looks better to most. On road - no tangible difference apart from some extra noise with panel off smile If you're tracking, a B is a better bet, although any wobbles can be cured with decent spend, QV built a superb track weapon S.

Preference is probably down to personal choice and budget. Far fewer GTB's were originally imported into the UK (130 v 542 GTS's) and maybe this makes them more desirable and certainly more difficult to find. I have owned my GTS for over 4 years and have only driven it once for any distance with the roof on and, for me, changed the driving experience. Either way, neither version will disappoint as they are both great looking cars and rewarding to drive.

Price delta simply down to numbers made and imported. Nothing else.

There is something else. That's the mistaken perception that the GTB is a driver's car as opposed to the GTS being more of a weekend leisure car. It's just bar talk. As others here say, differences are marginal.
