although some of the options are toy town money some are stunning and i can see why the price of a 458 is so varied.
the italian flag metal flag on the boot for £700 is mad and alcantara boot liner £1500 ???
the leather behind the seats for £1600 is good value
Enjoy

Most of that stuff is standard on my LP570-4 Performante Edizione Tecnica so does that mean I've only paid an extra £50k for the car. Makes my £150k seem like the bargain of the century.
Ferrari love to tuck you up with the options list, problem is no one wants a basic spec car and your lucky if that £100k will be worth £20k second hand. Thats one way of losing a lot of money quickly

Astonishing how your car seems relevant to every thread isn't it?
Just comparing the standard Lambo spec versus optional Ferrari stuff. Im a ferrari owner and enthusiast and was in the market for a 458 when I bought the Lambo so others might benefit from the info as not everyone knows how the brands compareIf you have something relevant to add you are welcome to contribute

I was very tempted to buy the upgraded version I saw the other day just to out do him it was the LP570-4 performante edizione tecnica vat qualifying model, which I think must be reference to some track time record :-)
Out do me if you can 991 GT3 being built in Jan
On a separate note the white 2 wheel drive car at Sevenoaks looks good value (not that I have that much to spend anyway) ?

He could refer to LP570-4 Performante Edizione Tecnica
As
LP570-4 PET
or perhaps
The PET
Ok just for you boys and as your not ones for detail I will refer to it as my Lambo PET .He could refer to LP570-4 Performante Edizione Tecnica

The PET
2WD gallardo's are significantly lower than the 4WD version but its a very small element of an already niche market.
It will always be a case of buy low and sell low but for me that much power through the 2 rear wheels would always be a little worrying especially with our climate.
I could of had a brand new coupe 2WD for sub £120k but decided to go the 4WD and PET route albeit a lightly used 1 yr old car
Thanks didn't know that as not in my price bracket, but I am kind of thinking an early eggar gallardo next change for me, I do have a casual glance from time to time and thought that particular car looked very good value and obviously 2 wheel drive the rarer of the breed, I didn't realise there was such a big price discrepancy between the models.
