Has anyone gone through the process of importing/registering a European car in the UK? Is there much cost implication?
At those prices, it has got to be worth considering, especially as left-hand drive cars of the 90s apparently have less offset pedals.
I've imported from Japan, Europe is easier - no Vat or EU duty to pay.At those prices, it has got to be worth considering, especially as left-hand drive cars of the 90s apparently have less offset pedals.
There's a registration fee (about £50 from memory), change headlamps to left hand dip, MOT, UK number plates, 6/12 months tax, notify insurance company it's lhd.
