Hello everyone,
Had the 993 serviced & MoTd at Porsche Aberdeen,
I was quite surprised just how good the service and communication was. There is a bloke their who grew up with the 993s.
Those gauges to the left, they actually took them out and cleaned them for me so they worked again. Ticked off my things to do list.
I also received beautiful small red Porsche piggy bank and a Porsche Car fresh thing. If you want it then let me know.

May I ask who here has used the classic fuel additive and their experiences?

I was invited into the workshop and the car was put up on a ramp and I was shown the Suspension bushes beginning to split. It was an advisory only. The replacement price was for arms and bushes. I know some people prefer the harder bushings and have them press fitted to replace the older bushes.
Can anyone share their experience please. NVH and Feeling at the wheel.

I might consider keeping the old arms and having some harder bushings fitted for future replacement.

I was watching guntherwerks on u tube last week. Maybe the 993s could be next for that backdating scarcity that is going on with the 964. They use the suspension pick up points further out to enable you to have a wider front track.

Has anyone on here done this mod and can share their experiences. An idea of costs would be good to know.
