Good Evening,
Please can anyone advise where I can find a supplier for a 1982 911 930 Turbo radio? If someone could advise on the make and model that would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards

I think most were Blaupunkt. Possibly CR3001 or CR2010?

my 88 came with a blaupunkt sqr46 - which i think was in the 84s onwards? They are pretty pricey on ebay £200-£300 in good order

I have a Blaupunkt Montreal in my 1978 930 which was original. Look on Ebay.

Radios were specified from the options list so any one of several Blaupunkt models would have been available according to budget. The original one supplied for your car should be shown on the build spec as an option code M followed by 3 digits eg M326 = Blaupunkt Berlin. Peter Morgan's book will identify the model from the number.

National Panasonic were just as commonly fitted, I think. In fact, every Porsche that I have owned which still had its original radio has had a Panasonic set, and none have had a Blaupunkt.

Might be worth trying a specialist who fits modern system behind a classic facia.

My '84 Carrera came with it's original National Panasonic SQR-873 and in the brochure I have for the '84 Carreras and Turbos it says that is what the British cars are fitted with.
