so 993 Boffins, my car is reg'd on the 31st December 1993 and is on a K reg. (waiting for the V5 to land) does this make it the earliest 993 around?
question 2 it has no Odometer/trip meter (the one that you reset) tried googling it and cant find any other cases? any clues or ideas to trace its history.
I know it came into the UK in 2001 but do not know where from, it could have been a left hooker converted, any tell tale signs i should be looking out for,
come forward ye 993 boffs

There are no K regs as K reg was replaced by L on Aug 1st 1993 so somethings gone wrong there!

Sometimes the vin doesn't always match up correctly. My 944 comes up as an S but it isn't and I have all the paperwork from day one. Can make life a pain when ordering some parts.
Take it to porsche reading on monday and insist they make it into an S as it should be!metsta said:

The very first ones must have some weirdness as of yours, mines a little strange. It came with a service book for a 964, and it is the original. Go figure .
