Macan headlight level issue

Hi I’ve got a 2017 Macan and when I turn it on the headlights adjust as normal but then after a few seconds they adjust again much higher. Glaring oncoming motorists. Anyone else had this?

Have a look on the suspension to see if the headlight leveling arm has become seized. It's a small box with what looks like a plastic droplink coming from it. From what I can remember they are usually green and are attached to the lower control arm. You can get them from ebay for about £30.

Thanks yes it was the rear one that had seized.
