Under floor toolkit questions 2019 Cayenne

Relatively new to me 2019 Cayenne Turbo .... couple of questions regarding the under floor toolkit.

1. Is there something missing from the toolkit, where I've indicated in the image?
2. I understand the red thing is an "Emergency Release Wrench" .... what's it an emergency release for?
3. I can't find a jack or a tyre lever/wrench ... is that correct or have I just not found where they've hidden it yet?

Do you have a spare wheel? If not then you won’t have a wheel wrench or a jack - just an inflator and some tyre gunk.

No spare, so that makes total sense!
