Updating service history

Can independent Porsche specialists update the electronic service history on later Porsches?

Is there anything like Erwin for Porsches?

In the UK I don't think so.
The paper service book is still key. I get them to always stamp that too.

Unfortunately not. It does surprise me given Porsche run their PPN, not even they can update the servicing (has to be OPC).
