Panamera 4E Hybrid ST thoughts
Discussion
After doing a bit of digging on these recently and exploring the purchase costs I've found them pretty reasonable in relation to other marques.
Looking at the 22 or 23 MY and interested in the e-hybrid primarily due to the elec range, although limited. I know with all porsche products the options list is varied however the platinum edition tends to pick up the most desirable.
I've also noticed that in a PCP scenario the GFV of the current panamera have dropped, suspect this is due to the MY24 about to be released in Nov.
Any pros/cons to the E-Hybrid model also is the 4S worth the extra few £k's ? Also interested to hear peoples thoughts on colours. Too many greys and blacks, really like the carmine Red and Gentian Blue but not sure if they impact resale.

I have ordered my sport turismo on Saturday.
2.9v6 e hybrid platinum.
Why platinum?
Because it comes with:
- decent big wheels (otherwise £4k option)
- tinted glass
- sunroof
- SOFT CLOSING DOORS
- metallic included
- 14 way seats
- heated steering (but you need to select this option even though it is free)
-
GFV @ 15k miles and 36 months is around £72k. This is a few (a couple I think maybe) K higher than hatch, so easier on a monthly.

Waiting on delivery in Feb next year of a PTS Macan - any views on direction of PCP APRs? What are they currently?2.9v6 e hybrid platinum.

Current PCP stood at 10.9% APR.
I have received details of PCH which although slightly dearer (about £30 per month), seems a better offer.
It's to do with capital write down / car depreciation, now only @ 6% per year for anything above 50g CO2. So pants really.
PCH is treated as rental so full payments can be corp tax deductible.
Sorry for my 2p accountancy bit

But I presume that's not possible for a PAYE bod?I have received details of PCH which although slightly dearer (about £30 per month), seems a better offer.

I'm still keeping an eye on these. The used APR seems to be varied from 11.9% down to 9.9%.
The platinum ST e-hybrid seems to have a GFV of c£62k 20k miles and 48mths.
The figures therefore seem reasonable especially with a new model round the corner but I just can't let go of the SUV seating position. Anyone stepped down into one from a SUV ?

Got one fairly recently, primarily to replace a FFRR. Aside from boot space it’s miles better.
Even my wife who loved the Range Rover is very happy with it. It’s not a small car, which I think reduces the difference, but the better handling is immediately apparent and just means it feels more secure.

I bought a two year old 4S hybrid three months ago and it’s all been positive so far. Very fast when you need it to be and also comfortable for four adults and being the Sport Turismo has a bit of extra space for luggage or the dog.
It gives an average of 23 miles electric range which is enough for my daily driving and I charge it up for free at the office. At weekends I drive it in the sport setting which has the engine permanently on and keeps the battery power for added boost when required
If you really push it through the bendy bits you can feel the weight but it handles well enough to have fun and the brakes are excellent. I wasn’t much interested in a Panamera until the Sport Wagon was introduced, there is something about that low estate like design that I like.

Interesting to hear the SUV to Panamera step has been a win. I need to go for another poke around I think over the weekend.
That's a lovely Gentian Blue ? example above.
On reading about the new model, I expected there to be a ST but apparently not. I wonder if this is helping drive down the value current cars in stock.
