Cayenne facelift
Discussion
Glassy the salesman told me he had no idea when it would be announced but also added that he didn't blame me for waiting for the facelift and that all he had heard was that it was a significant improvement. Now could be salesman speak but was good enough for me to confirm it was likely the correct decision.

Have just put deposit down for a new e-hybrid Platinum edition. Expected delivery Q2 2023
Do I go ahead with the order or put it on hold until timings for facelift are announced?
I have just deposited on a Cayenne Coupe GTS for approx March April, I too wanted facelift version but with long delays on macans, 911s etc I figured the facelift maybe delayed and in reality another year before if get a physical car anyway so went ahead, worse case Ill just keep the GTS 9 months or so and swap for facelift version. Seems to have went all quiet and more details on 992.2 hybrids on the news instead.Do I go ahead with the order or put it on hold until timings for facelift are announced?

That was my order as well and offered a slot Nov 2022 despite being told the earliest build slot was likely to be March 2023. This makes me think there are many who have pushed back their slot and are waiting for the facelift. No doubt it will be more costly but I’d have been royally peed off if a few weeks after my new car was delivered there was a better and newer version out. I imagine at least 2 things should be better. The elec range and the ICE screen as tech has improved so much over the last couple of years, but that’s just my hope I guess.
I'm hoping for an "S" hybrid version with the same drivetrain as the Panamera 4S hybrid, i.e. the 440bhp 2.9 twin turbo, plus hopefully a larger capacity battery. A combination of 30+ mile range on electricity plus 560 horses total output would be great fun in the family bus. A V8 GTS hybrid that isn't as bonkers as the Turbo S would be even better, but that seems somewhat unlikely.
In the meantime, I'm soldiering on with my 2018 S, still a lovely place to while away the miles.

I’m in the same boat wanting the facelift but there is no news the OPC said the all electric Macan was due to be released last year and has been delayed by over a year and still no news so don’t expect Cayenne to be announced till later this year with build slots end of the year to 2024.
If you can’t wait best bet to go for a Platinum and swap out in 9-12 months with minimal depreciation delivery seems to be quick I have been quoted April with a small discount, interested to see if anyone else has been offered incentives.

Thought I would drop this here as it appears we have some news. Looks like another few months before launch though to me
