944 Turbo G886PUA

Hi all, have been looking at a Guards Red 944 turbo- G886 PUA, Used to belong to Simon Peckham. One question- it states it had an engine build at JMG 21,500 miles ago, and sure enough, in late 2020 on JMG page it is there being done. But a google sshowed the car auctioned in 2017 with exactly the same description of a full rebuild, turbo upgrade etc - 21,500 miles ago? It struck me as a bit fishy, but also maybe a clue to how much money you can spend on a 951 redoing expensive work! Does anyone know the car, or can vouch for it. I will talk to JMG. Thanks.

I remember when it had the rebuild over 10 years ago and then had a very fancy ball bearing turbo fitted to reduce the lag. Simon always used top quality components and was an absolute stickler for detail so it was a very solidly built engine. Looking at the DVLA mot history its only done 1000 miles since 2017 so the mileage since the rebuild still stands up to me.
