Cayenne 958 loud air con radiator fan

We've noticed our Cayenne's radiator fan is stupidly loud when the aircon is turned on. The aircon itself is cold and no extra noises inside the car, but outside the car it's pretty loud. As soon as the aircon compressor turns off the noise returns to normal.

Since the aircon is cold shall I discount low refrigerant? Could it be something else like a bad radiator fan or aircon compressor? It's definitely the radiator fan thats so loud as I had a listen up close inside the engine bay.

Mine is really loud too however it’s 38c here so I assumed it was normal?

Mine had a really loud fan too. Sounded like the damn thing was preparing for take off! Everything worked and no issues. I am guessing it could have done with a re-gas, but it did cool well, even in 44 degree heat!
