Macan Turbo Brakes Issue

Looking to see if anyone has had similar issues. We have the 2019 face-lifted Macan Turbo with the ceramic coated brakes and about 11K miles on the clock. Over the last couple of weeks we have occasionally noticed brake issues first thing in the morning. Issues being the first time you apply the brakes the car is slow to slow down (requires more distance to stop and you have to push the pedal harder) and there is a loud contact rumble noise / car actually vibrates. It's obviously quite disconcerting but only happens first thing (maybe a couple of times) and then is fine for the rest of the day. Still doing the same journey lengths/types so no real difference there. The car is now in with the dealer but curious if anyone has experienced anything similar?

Perhaps water on the discs frozen over night?
