Cayenne 2006 under shields

I have just fitted side steps/running boards to my 2006 cayenne S.
I had to remove the sill covers and alloy under shields.
Is there a replacement plastic set of covers I can replace them with?
I can see there are now exposed electrical connections etc.
I guess I can waterproof them but new covers would be nice, and cut to fit around the running boards. Porsche say there is no alternative against my chassis number.
Would a later car have plastics that would fit?

Can you include some photos? I am surprised you have exposed any electrics

I have the same car and I cant see any exposed electrics?
