Early hybrid Cayenne - anyone got one?
Discussion
Are there any PHers who have had the first version of the hybrid cayenne (i.e. from 2010 and not plug-in)?
It would be interesting to hear any accounts of ownership and especially using them for very short (<2 miles) trips. I have had a first-gen 4.8S for a few years as a family wagon and while it's annoyingly good at most things (I'm not a SUV fan ), it does around 10-12mpg for small gentle trips like a cold-engined 2 mile school run etc...
The idea that the early hybrid might be able to do such journeys on battery alone is appealing. Using it for short journeys in a big city would feel like less of a piss-take...

He said it was out of date tech that did not contribute much to the experience and you ended up lugging it around. To be fair, this was in the US so your experience may vary. This was 2016 when h e said the sweet spot was the diesel but the diesel scandal meant they could not sell them at the time.
