I am thinking of punting about £40K on a Panamera ( not decided which model) which is bottom end second hand from the OPC but lots about on the rest of the dealers.

OPC cars offer 2 years warranty but demand OPC servicing and parts.
Non-OPC offer limited warranties and slightly cheaper prices but not as much cheaper as I hoped.

Is the security of OPC warranty worth £1-2K price difference?

Is it worth staying inside the OPC world on a 2-3 year old car or should I live the independent dream?

Probably petrol or diesel as I have read the hybrids soot up because the engine isn't allowed to warm enough. True, False, Thoughts?

You have all been here at some point so think what questions you would ask and share your knowledge please.

Best of both worlds. Buy well from a non-OPC, wait 90 days and bang on the OPC warranty. Yes, OPC parts, and no upgrades, but not sure the Panamera would suit lairy upgrades anyway.

£23K 2012 3L diesel with 76K miles from non-OPC
£29K 2014 3L diesel with 35K miles from OPC
£25K 2013 3L diesel with 89K miles from non-OPC

Didn't seem enough to go for non-OPC
