1986 928 S2.....vin label question.
Discussion
Gents.
Way back in 2016 my 928 was restored by Porsche - full bare metal repaint. There's a 6 month turnaround for new vin labels so I guess this is why the left hand door jamb label wasn't replaced.
I'd like to order one now and am going to use a company called Car-Bone (Porsche still want 6 months for theirs!), but need to make sure that I'm ordering the right thing. If someone has a UK 86.5 928 S2 auto with an intact label I'm hoping they wouldn't mind sharing a pic of it - by all means obscure the actual vin. The main thing I need are vehicle axle weights and to confirm that these are in lbs or kg's?
Any 928 around this vintage would probably be good enough - you can email via PH
