New shape Cayenne delivery time

As the title say, does any know what the delivery time is on a new cayenne? I know they stopped producing them for a while, have they resumed production?

Also he configurator doesn’t list any prices for the car or options whereas it does for all other Porsche models. Does anyone know why this is?

I've just been quoted March build slot for a new Turbo, but I've had my order in since the launch in Dec 2017 I think
