New Cayenne owner, advice for first full car check-up needed
Discussion
Quick question guys
I am about to go into the first full check-up of a recently bought 2012 Cayenne 3.0D, 85.000 km, full service history at a Porsche dealer (except last one in 2017, which was done at a private garage)
I will replace oil and oil filter, air and pollen filter as this is "default" so to speak, since I don't know the previous owner - the car was bought from a used-car park. Also all 4 brake pads will be replaced because they are almost gone.
What would you reccomend I should check / replace, as to be better safe then sorry?
Are the following items best replaced or not:
Brake fluid?
Transmission fluid?
Gearbox oil?
Steering fluid? (don't actually know if steering is hydraulic or electronic on the Diesels)
...or something else, other that the above? Maybe checking the drain holes?
Please share some of your feedback here...as I want my new baby to be in top shape and ready for whatever road-trips I'll throw at her this summer

Yeah...I meant the differential oil...sorry for my sometimes dodgy English )
No spark plugs in a diesel...right...this is my first diesel after 15 years of owning only petrol...so...it was a reflex...bear with me
Can you put together a list of all the "fluids" that need changing?
Thanks!

Engine oil & filter
Transmission Fluid
Engine coolant
Brake Fluid
Front Diff
Rear Diff
Transfer Case
Off the top of my head, that's about it, I think.
Not a bad idea to just check the condition of the engine air filter and consider changing it if it looks manky!
My "car-doctor" says diff oil and gerbox oil should not be changed, at least not yet. Should I listen to him or make him do it anyway? Car has only 85.000 km...Transmission Fluid
Engine coolant
Brake Fluid
Front Diff
Rear Diff
Transfer Case

Unsure about the transfer case fluid too - maybe you have some advice regarding the age factor (car is 6 years old with 85.000 km)
I will replace:
- engine oil + filter
- particle filter
- air filter (cheap replacement, should do it yearly since here in Romania the dust level in the air is huge...we still use sand in the winter to cover the snow on the roads, so...that may be part of the problem )
- fuel filter
- brake fluid
- coolant
Any other suggestions?
Cheers!
