Or Sport Turismo as its called. I like the V8 Turbo ( not the more expensive hybrid Turbo) and need a DD. Yes, you may think I had also ordered pipe and slippers to get an estate car, but it seems to be quite rapid for its size. It is also less ugly the the regular car. All I need now is are some stickers such as Baby on Board and I Brake for Unicorns to complete the transformation.

Despite that, I will, as always take it to the Nordschleife after its first week and see if I can wrestle it around. Bit of a departure from my usual visits.

Awesome.

I saw my first picture of this the other day and think it looks fantastic.
I look forward to you posting some 'non-professional' pictures to see more of what it really looks like. Plus your impressions of the car too.

Carmine Red with matching wheels ? Would love to see a picture.

I've driven the regular car, thought it was fantastic!

Doubtless it will have some adventures as usual. Factory pickup probably mid 2018...no date fixed yet.

Quite like the look of these, but by God why do Porsche make it so difficult in speccing one?

The option list just goes on and on. There's about 8 different options just for the wheels and the Turbo variant doesn't come with the Turbo wheels as standard?!
Took me about ten minutes, and less than that at the dealer. Lots of stuff is of little interest to me...ceramic brakes, a fabulously expensive premium sound system and so on. I just blacked out the chrome, put in the creature comforts I wanted and the rest was fairly simple. Porsche are famous for this kind of buffet spec sheet, but you get familiar with the stuff and most of it is irrelevant for me. I went for body coloured wheels, delete the model designation, and proper leather interior with no wood. There is a plethora of electronic options that I ignored.

Its certainly not a 911, but a general hauler and reasonably rapid one at that. I am keeping my old Cayenne though. this thing has too shallow a rear roofline for the Great Dane to be able to be comfortable behind the back seat.

Nice - I spent half an hour pouring over it at the Frankfurt show, it's a lovely place to be and looks much better than the regular Panamera (IMHO).

I haven't driven the new Panamera yet in either guise but the old one I think is actually a fantastic - and under-rated drivers car smile

Is this instead of the Cayenne, then?

Edit - I see you are keeping the old one for the dog smile

That's brilliant!! Love that. Yeh, she'd have been heart-broken if you'd got rid of "her car".

The boot is massive in the ST she might well fit in there...

Awesome car, I had a good look around the panamera at good wood festival.
I think it looks stunning, a sporty grand tourer. And a sporty and relaxing interior. It is a big step up from the first modle which I think looked a bit dated from day one especially the interior.

I do not like the saloon although the new one is a big improvement. The attempt to in some way give it a 911 type roofline does not work for me.
