Koni adjustables - worth it?
Discussion
Having recently recommissioned my trusty 924 my thoughts have turned to wickedness......
I have spotted some Konis that would fit my 924 on eBay:- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/222155490972 My 924 sees some track action and I freely admit my current suspension has done some miles and isn't in the first flush of youth.... I was thinking about new front strut inserts anyway but it sure is tempting to try and bag this Koni set up as its not far off the price as a pair of standard new strut inserts...
The question is how good (or otherwise) is the Koni adjustable suspension? Does anyone have experience? am I actually going to make my car too stiff and harsh, or will it really transform it as the seller glibly suggests.
Any thoughts?
The same seller also has a 968 adjustable rear sway bar that is tickling my wickedness bone as my car doesn't even have an anti-roll bar at the back, but I wonder if it might be too stiff? Again, any thoughts or experience?
