Value of 944 LSD?

Has anyone got any idea what a 7V code original S1 944 LSD is worth?
I have one in a good gearbox that I want to sell but no idea what to ask. They're pretty rare, there are none available on eBay or similar so I'm a bit stumped.
I'm also completely broke so want to get what it's worth but not ream someone in the process.
Any ideas?
