Cayenne 2006 turbo S oil and filter change

Just thinking about doing an intermediate oil and filter change on my 2006 Cayenne 4.5 Turbo S myself

The service is not due yet but I fancy keeping the oil clean

Anything I should consider - is the filter a paper element?

what tools will I need please?

How easy is this to do - how does the lower engine cover come off please?

It's very easy to change the oil on these

Paper filter o ring and 2 washers and plenty 5w50 oil motul maybe

Can't remember bolt sizes for under tray but it's easy to get off and once off its all there

The only thing that I found confusing in all the advice is - are there one or two drain plugs please?

It's been a good while, but pre 2008 2x drain plugs. Post 2008MY only one.
