Cayenne 955 tailgate dampers
Discussion
So, after a year of having the rear tailgate falling down on my head, I have finally take the plunge and bought a new set of tailgate springs/dampers for my 2006 Turbo S
I saw a u-tube clip that shows the fitting process step by step and it looks difficult but do-able
Has anyone carried out this repair at home themselves please and can provide any advice or tips - I thought it always best to ask first, given this seems to be a standard problem with these cars I am guessing a few of you will have carried out this task

Have you looked on www.Renntech.org, that is the best website for Cayenne info. Look under the 955 Cayenne Mark 1 section.

I'm also looking to do this at somepoint soon, as the tailgate keeps on dropping on my head.
Good Luck.
