Cayenne auto dimming mirror

Has anyone successfully, retro fitted an auto dimming rear-view mirror to a cayenne please

I would like to do this but not sure if the wiring loom exists to support this as a retro fit

My car is a 2006 Turbo S model

Are you sure you don't already have it? Thought it was standard on the Turbo and Turbo S, both my old gen 1 turbo and my current gen 1 Turbo S had it/have it?

You should have a small button on the base of the mirror, green light comes on to show dimming is active?

No, very sadly it has a manual mirror with a dipping paddle underneath

Also, no auto lights

Has auto wipers so I am hoping the loom might be there for the mirror - must have a look over Christmas

Does anything actually hit the mirror in a cayenne?

Yeah, good point Chris, perhaps I just need to put the air suspension up a click rather than mess with the mirror
