cayenne???? retro fit
Discussion
so i am about to pull the trigger on a 2010 cayenne diesel.
it is from the same dealer i bought my 996 turbo from and i was very impressed with them.
the spec of the car is brilliant, except it doesnt have bi xenons, which i do find very good as do a lot of night time driving.
i know there are loads out there, but this one seems perfect except for this.
so i guess im asking can bi xenons be retro fitted?
thanks

I had no issues MOT time, at the time the MOT only stipulated the auto-leveling & washer function ust work on original fit xenons
You'd be spending a packet retrofitting OEM if you wanted that functionality - you'd need a new bumper, washer tank, pump, motors for leveling, loom etc. Not to mention potentially having to re-program the car so the canbus works with them. Not sure if you could just plug the light units in & have them work - would almost certainly be cheaper to find another car to buy. The retrofit by contrase takes about 30 mins to fit in the Boxster, not sure about Cayenne but can't be that different.
