Macan S or new Mercedes GLC plug in?

4 months into probably 1 year wait for a Macan, and despite Silverstone experience, feeling like a look around just incase. Plan to buy privately, but I have a company car option which would be very expensive BIK tax on a Macan, but just noticed this GLC 350e pop up.

Seems to offer similar size, off road and variable air suspension modes like Macan.

Liked the cabin of the new C class and F1 suggests Mercedes are confident in hybrid technology.

Any thoughts?
