PCM to fibre optic to bluetooth connection for phone kit

Has anyone had experience of breaking into the fibre optic network between the CD Changer and the PCM unit to add in an integrated phone kit in a 2006 to 2008 Cayenne please? I think this might be the same unit in other Porsche cars (911's etc) so others may well be able to contribute to this post

I am thinking about a Tooki kit
