Any help on fixing reversing sensor problem - classic 2 red lights and 3 sec beep when in reverse and fixed red lights either side- how to check and replace sensors may be helpful

Cheers

durametric can help with identifying the bad ones, or have someone stand and listen and touch each sensor whilst you have your foot firmly on the brake in reverse.

bumper cover has to come off, pretty straight forward and the sensors are widely available OEM or OPC.

Sensors come on automatically below 10km/h so no need to have a second person to test. Put your ear very close (5cm) to each sensor, the working ones have a healthy tick tick tick (reminds me of a sparking spark plug if you've seen such a thing), the silent or noticeably weak one(s) is/are where your problem lies.
