Seems like a great spec and price. MoT history seems ok (advisories for tyres and brakes)

Great spec, but 78k miles. It'll be over 80k at least when you some to sell it.
The amount of muck under the raised wing in photo 3 hints that maybe it's not been pampered as much as you'd expect.

This 718 is probably a good buy as you can warranty it up to 125k miles or 15 years so 80k miles is nothing, Will also be a lot quicker than the old 981 2.7 which is a bit gutless. That said the older car will of course be cheaper if this one is a stretch.
