Aftermarket inflation pack - normal?
Discussion
Hi, I've purchased an approved used 981 a few months ago and recently discovered the air inflation pack located in the frunk is non-Porsche branded.
The brand is "Aircom" and the quality is questionable.
Upon raising this with the OPC I've got this: "...this is the normal inflation pack and is used across the majority of the VAG group"
I've owned 981/987's before and all had Porsche branded quality inflation packs.
Thoughts?

That is the standard supplier for Porsche. Some may be badged differently but "quality" is just the same (as poor). It does the job though and hopefully you will never need it.The brand is "Aircom" and the quality is questionable.
