What options do you want, this has very little?

Having had a 981 gts with nearly all the options, if it were me I'd be looking for one without those smaller wheels. Also ideally with climate control & Porsche Sports Exhaust button.

Am sure it would still be a riot if you are budget-limited.

Agree not many options and the wheels are a bit small, but definitely less to go wrong, no expensive dynamic engine mounts etc.

A cheapish option to improve the sound without PSE is the Carnewal back box replacement (same box just reworked internals), have it on my 3.4s and it makes a real difference without being offensive in any way.

I particularly like this one but I think the price is strong...

The one in the OP was very much my sort of thing (before I got diseased with wanting leather dashboards and so on). I like the smaller wheels and higher profile tyres on rough UK roads, and I love the manual gearboxes. I think it looks great, and from where I am nowadays, a lot of car for the money. One of my favourite colours, and I love the 2 way basic seats. Have always found them really comfortable. I even like the side stripes.

I agree. If it were a manual it would be much harder to resist. It baffles me how few Caymans are manual.

Looks very tired. The plastics scratched, metal interior trim looks ill-treated, seats way more worn than the miles would expect.

Look at the boot carpet where the net attaches - looks muddy. Also, the paintwork in the rear hatch aperture next to the bump rubbers is filthy.

Poor example IMHO.
