I’m in search of a new back wheel for my boyfriends boxster after a run in with a pothole
Apparently I need a 911 997 Carrera S II
Any ideas where I can find one ?

You could try Alloy Wheels Direct, I got some genuine BMW wheels from them at a very good price, brand new from Germany.

Is this what you need?

You could try Ben at 9Apart, they're a breaker in the north of England somewhere. Great service and good prices.

My advice would be get the part number from the back of the damaged rim, otherwise there is a good chance you will end up buying the wrong one.

Try Ebay, most wheels will be on there.

This is very important - Porsche use the same design of wheel in different fitments for widebody/narrowbody cars etc, so make sure you are definitely buying the right one!

As noted, eBay is a good place to look - there are often people selling individual wheels on there and I believe all of the big UK Porsche breakers advertise there.
