Y'all,

On a 987.2 Cayman, where can I find the label, if it exists, that states the weight of the car?

It's not in the driver side door jamb. My trusted specialist doesn't know where it might be.

The car is sitting in a garage miles away from me. Before I go and check again, it would be very helpful to know just where I should look.

Many thanks,
FN

The internet suggests 1340kg.

Hopefully that's saved you a journey?

Nope. For registration purposes I need a photo of the actual label in the car.

But I made the trip and found it, so it's all good. The label is on the passenger door jamb, where nobody ever looks...

What was the weight?

I'm guessing it's the homologated weight (i.e. bare bones no-spec basic)?

It's odd. It first states the maximum allowable weight, and then, what? The maximum loads on the front and rear wheels?

Correct.
