I have a bit of an odd issue with my GT4...I can't get audio to appear as an option in the media menu? I have had it working previously no problem. Forgot and reconnected the phone (phone bit connects ok) but nothing comes up in the media option just fm/dab etc. On the phone it doesn't have an option for enabling audio connectivity. I haven't had the phone connected by usb at any point.

Is there some setting on the PCM somewhere or a reset I could try?

Have a look ing the manual for connecting your phone via bluetooth. Failing that, do a PCM reset by pushing and holding the volume button until the Porsche logo appears.

Is it an iPhone you are trying to connect?

I had a similar issue with my Cayman and I found that just deleting or choosing to 'forget this device' and therefore the pairing from memory did the trick.
Re-paired the phone and the PCM ensuring the bluetooth connection settings were set correctly (Bluetooth and Audio).

If that does not do the trick and you have checked your phone bluetooth settings and the PCM bluetooth settings then I would go to the option of last resort as mentioned above and reset the PCM to nudge it to pair with the phone from scratch.

You're a genius thanks this worked!

No idea why it went off as it worked fine for the first few days thanks anyway!

It's not exactly intuitive is it!

Happened to me mid journey and pissed me off so much I pulled into a layby until I figured it out
