As the title says. This was owned by my dad from around 2012 till approximately 2017. He's no longer with us and I was just wondering if the car is still going and if it is how I might go about finding it?

I've tried the DVLA MOT checker and it doesn't recognise the number plate (the number plate KM10ERY was the original plate the car came with and not a private one), nor MID or TFL ULEZ. In fact the only hit on Google was picture taken of it in 2016 parked at Silverstone, when my dad owned it....

It was quite a unique colour and spec; macadamia with matching alloy wheels and PDK with the sports design steering wheels and paddles..

If anyone knows anything then it would be great to know.

Thanks

Try contacting Porsche Club GB. If the owner is a member, perhaps they can get them to contact you.

My 987 has had several different plates during its life. Many Porsches do. My car even has an age related plate now, but which isn't the original.

This is where GDPR is a bugger because any OPC could look that car up via its VIN number and see if it has visited an OPC. Assume you know it was originally a Porsche SIlverstone car with that number plate ? Did he sell it to a dealer ?

I doubt that car has been to an OPC recently

Yeah, he bought it from Porsche Silverstone and traded it in to Porsche Solihull against a 911, but always regretted it.

The current plate is GIG 434

Maybe that will help your search.

I've just noticed this reply. Thank you for the reg! I take it that's a private reg then? It seems to be still going and looking at the MOT history being used regularly. I would be quite interested in seeing if and when it came up for sale I could have first dibs on it. I assume you know the owner of it?
