I fitted PS4S to my GT4 to make it more useable in spring and autumn but it really took away the sharpness of the handling.
It felt a bit like driving on winters all year round, but I guess that's the compromise you make.
If I were to do it again, I'd get 2nd set of wheels with PS4S for the colder months, probably 19".

PS5S not available yet in our sizes or rating hopefully soonish….
I went PS4S, just couldn’t get heat into the Cups at all, I only do a few track days a year so 95% is road driving and I have found the 4S to be a better tyre in that situation, tracking them is only an issue if you want to do more than 10 laps in a stint and they go squidgy.
I’ve still got my cups so gonna buy a set of track wheels for them and then they’ll only be used for the track. Still prefer the 4S in summer as a road tyre, I like the softer sidewall as the suspension is always set to firm unless I’m going to the shops or on the motorway and it’s a great combination for me personally.
I’ve used Cup1 &2 for 15 years on 911s and they were perfect, just don’t like them on the GT4 in anything but a hot dry day.

PS4Ss are available in N spec.
Totally recommended.
Thanks for confirming that Twinfan, my car had an ageing set of Cup 2s on when I bought it a year ago and I ran them all last year. The last owner also kindly supplied a nearly new set of P4s as part of the deal, but they are non N rated but fine as I rarely go over 140 on the public road ! I intend to stick to them when changing but will then get N rated .Totally recommended.
